Privacy policy.
How information is used when you browse the website, contact the agency or save a selection of properties.
Data controller
DURIN AGENCY, a French single-member SARL, 108 622 101 RCS Fréjus, Résidence Le Moulin Blanc, bâtiment Les Bruyères N7, 83990 Saint-Tropez, France. Questions: contact@durinagency.com.
Information collected
Forms send the information you enter: name, email address, telephone number, project type, message and, where relevant, selected property or search location. Required fields are identified in each form.
Saving a favourite stores your selection and email address locally in your browser. The corresponding request is sent to the agency and a confirmation may be emailed to you. Technical connection information needed for security and abuse prevention may be processed by the website and its host.
Purposes and legal bases
Information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a presentation, viewing or property project, and follow up on correspondence. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps you request or the agency’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing its services.
Marketing emails rely on your consent where collected through the separate optional checkbox. Declining this option does not prevent an enquiry or the saving of a favourite. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@durinagency.com.
Recipients
Enquiries are received by authorised people at Durin Agency. Hostinger provides hosting, security and email delivery services. Information is not sold.
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn links do not load embedded social widgets. These services receive information when you choose to visit them. Address search sends the terms you enter to the public Géoplateforme geocoding service without sending the other form fields.
Retention
Information is kept to handle your enquiry and follow up on your project. For prospecting, the reference retention period is three years from collection or your last contact, subject to another justified period or a legal retention requirement.
Your local selection remains in your browser until removed. You can clear it through Cookie settings or your browser settings. Clearing local storage does not delete enquiries already received by the agency.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights or withdraw consent, email contact@durinagency.com. Proof of identity may be requested only where there is reasonable doubt about your identity.
You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at cnil.fr.
